The indoor air must be dry during glass lamination. According to the characteristics of low humidity in laminated glass laminate room, a low humidity air treatment scheme suitable for low humidity environment is proposed. In the production process of the glass industry, humidity is crucial to the production technology. The production efficiency and quality of glass are related to humidity, especially in the glass industry's laminating room, which has high technical requirements. The drying of indoor air must be ensured in the process of glass sandwich bonding. When the air humidity in the synthesis room is too high, the fine water molecules in the air will attach to the film or glass surface. After high temperature and high pressure treatment, the fine water molecules will expand, forming white fog or bubbles in the middle of the glass. In serious cases, the glass will be degummed.
If the water content in the film storage room is large, the film will absorb water, age and become brittle, which will affect the adhesion and adhesiveness of the film, reduce the strength of the film glass, and lose the importance of the safety glass itself. Therefore, it is important to strictly control the temperature, humidity and cleanliness of the laminating room in the production of laminated glass. The general process requirements for the environment are temperature t=22-26 ℃ and relative humidity RH=30-40% RH, which can be achieved by using an industrial dehumidifier. Especially in the imported glass laminating room, the process requirements are: temperature t=20 - 26 ℃, relative humidity φ ≤ 30%. In this case, only the combined rotary dehumidifier can meet the process requirements.
In the production process of glass lamination, there are many processes, among which the lamination process is the key one. The quality of laminated glass is directly determined by the quality of the lamination; This process must be carried out in the film combining room with constant temperature and humidity and high cleanliness; There are three requirements for laminated glass lamination quality (1) optics (2) mechanics (3) environment. Especially mechanics, that is, cementation strength, which depends on the moisture content of the film. Generally speaking, the moisture content of PVB film in production, production, transportation and storage is below 2%; If there is no constant temperature and humidity and the cleanliness reaches the standard during film combining in the film combining room, the film will absorb moisture and increase its water content, which will hinder the bonding between glass and PVB. During production and use, bubbles, degumming or misty water vapor will be generated due to temperature changes, water vapor expansion and contraction, which will affect the optics and make the product scrapped.
The film assembly shall be carried out in the film assembly room meeting the process requirements: 1. The cleanliness must be high, and the cleanliness should be purified to 100000; 2 The staff shall have clothes and tools suitable for the purification conditions; 3. The room temperature of lamination is 25 ± 2 ℃, and the relative humidity is about 25%; 4. The upper and lower glass interlayer shall be aligned, and the overlap shall not exceed 1.5mm; 5. The PVB film and glass interlayer shall be kept clean. In the laminating room meeting the process requirements, after the glass is laid flat, the PVB intermediate film is laid flat on the glass, and another piece of glass is placed. Trim and cut off PVB intermediate membrane with a knife. When trimming, do not pull the PVB intermediate membrane forcibly to avoid deformation of the PVB intermediate membrane, and ensure that the margin of the PVB intermediate membrane outside the glass is 2-5MM. During trimming, the blade shall not contact with the glass, so as to prevent the generated glass particles from causing bubbles at the edge after processing.
