1、 Site conditions:

The warehouse has an area of 6000 square meters, a height of 16 meters, and about 1500 square meters are stored locally. The chocolate storage requirements are that the temperature is below 18 degrees and the humidity is below 65%. There are 10 Carrier lifting type air conditioners with the air volume of 21000CMH, which can meet the temperature requirements. The humidity cannot meet the requirements in summer, and the worst is more than 90%.

2、 Project scheme analysis:

Because it is stored locally, the first consideration is to isolate 1500 square meters and only dehumidify this space. However, after the plan comes out, it cannot meet the requirements of fire protection, so the plan is not feasible; Finally, the overall warehouse shall be dehumidified.

3、 Load analysis:

According to the field survey, the load sources are:

The whole warehouse maintenance structure is not well sealed, and the windows are not well sealed;

The unloading platform for products to enter and exit the warehouse, and the door to enter and exit the buffer zone is opened for a long time;

Conformity of products brought in from outdoor to indoor

4、 Analysis of model selection scheme

The original air conditioner shall be modified to increase the refrigerator, reduce the water supply temperature, increase the heat exchange area of the surface cooler of the air conditioner, ensure that the air dew point behind the surface cooler is lower than the indoor dew point requirements, and can take away the moisture production load of the warehouse. It is calculated that the dew point of the air supply should reach about 6 degrees, and the refrigerator needs to provide about 0 degrees of water, and the surface cooler needs to increase the reheat; It is difficult to transform the refrigerator in this scheme, and the reheating heat source has no other waste heat, so only electricity can be used; Results: The implementation of this scheme was difficult, so the scheme was abandoned;

Add dehumidifiers in the warehouse, add 8 dehumidifiers without fans, and install them at the return air outlet of the original Carrier air conditioner. The return air is dehumidified first, then cooled by the air conditioner, and sent to the warehouse through the air duct; Because the dehumidifier itself has certain heat dissipation, two additional cooling dehumidifiers are added to overcome the heat dissipation of the dehumidifier through the refrigeration of the cooling dehumidifier, so as not to increase the load of the air conditioner. Results: This scheme was approved by customers in terms of implementation difficulty and price, so this scheme was selected.

The automatic door of the buffer room shall be modified, and 4 industrial dehumidifiers on the ground shall be added in the buffer room of the unloading platform to ensure less outdoor wet air entering the warehouse.

The whole warehouse is sealed for maintenance structure;

5、 Commissioning results after scheme implementation

The installation of the equipment was completed in July, which happened to be a hot and humid weather. After several days of debugging and verification, the humidity was guaranteed to be below 60%, without affecting the temperature of the warehouse.

6、 Problems found after the implementation of the scheme

It is difficult to adjust the air volume of dehumidifier and air conditioning box, which is easy to cause evaporator icing. The defrosting scheme is optimized through control program to solve this problem; If there are similar projects in the future, it is better to make temperature and humidity separate control.

7、 Explanation of scheme control mode

The hoisting of the equipment is relatively high. We have adopted 485 communication controlled by the equipment itself to transmit wireless signals. We have done wireless signal reception on the ground to facilitate customer operation and replace wire control.
