Everyone is familiar with dehumidifiers, but what is the distinction between industrial dehumidifiers? In fact, it is divided according to the requirements and purposes of its power supply. For example, industrial dehumidifiers with a power supply requirement of 380V/50Hz or above are mainly used for dehumidification equipment in warehouses, workshops, large basements, and those with high greenhouse requirements. Taiwan, Japan, and Italy are the main production bases for industrial dehumidifiers, and the dehumidifier market in China is gradually gaining widespread application and recognition.

When an automatic water pump is installed inside the machine, the cleaning of the water pump accumulation box becomes particularly important. Because after long-term operation, some foreign objects that penetrate through the air filter into the machine will remain inside the water pump's water accumulation tray. Timely cleaning is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the industrial dehumidifier.

  1. Industrial dehumidifiers should not be turned on or off frequently. Do not frequently start and stop the dehumidifier just because the room humidity has reached or exceeded the required value. Instead, let the industrial dehumidifier be controlled to start and stop through a humidity controller. When the industrial dehumidifier is not in use, the power should be turned off and the power plug unplugged. Regardless of the reason for the shutdown (such as sudden power outage, manual shutdown, etc.), as most industrial dehumidifiers do not have a shutdown time delay device (delay time of about 3 minutes), although the industrial dehumidifier can be started immediately after shutdown, it needs to wait for 3 minutes before it can operate.
  2. The condenser should be cleaned regularly and kept clean. The dehumidifier should be placed in the central position indoors. The inlet and outlet of the dehumidifier should not be obstructed by any obstacles, and the air filter should be cleaned thoroughly. When the ambient temperature is below 15 ℃, water droplets attached to the surface of the evaporator will freeze and weaken the effectiveness of the dehumidifier. If the ambient temperature exceeds 40 ℃, the pressure in the system will increase, causing the compressor to overload. At this time, the overload protector should cut off the circuit, otherwise the compressor motor will be damaged. So the optimal temperature range for industrial dehumidifiers is 15 ℃ to 40 ℃. If the humidity in the air is below 30%, it is uncomfortable to be too dry. Therefore, a reliable humidity controller is used to control it and maintain a range of 50% to 60%.
  3. Clean the air filter with clean water below 40 ℃; It is better to clean with a cleaning agent. After removing the dust, rinse it with water, dry it in the shade, and then install it back into the machine body. When cleaning the body, gently wipe it with a damp cloth; Avoid direct splashing of water for cleaning to prevent damage to electrical insulation. If there is adhesive on the surface of the body, it can be cleaned with soapy water to avoid spraying it with gasoline, petroleum spirit, solvent or spray type insecticide to avoid paint peeling or discoloration. Do not use thin rods or iron wires to dig inside the machine to avoid malfunctions or dangers. When there is a power outage, long-term use, or going out, please unplug the power cord to maintain the lifespan of the machine.
